Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Wellnexa Wellness, we are committed to providing quality wellness resources, coaching programs, and digital products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products (e.g., eBooks, planners, guides, printables, or downloads) are non-refundable once they have been delivered due to the nature of digital content.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your product, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you promptly.
2. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be charged in full.
Refunds for coaching packages are not available once the first session has started, but we are happy to work with you to reschedule or transfer sessions.
3. Wellness Programs & Bundles
Payments for wellness programs and bundles are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to participate, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future program (subject to availability).
4. Canceling Subscriptions
For any recurring subscription (if applicable), you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused time on subscriptions.
5. Exceptional Cases
We believe in customer satisfaction and will consider refunds or credits only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental duplicate payment).
